T-Shirts & Physical Merchandise
We want you to love your Phantastic Physics merch! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at info@phantasticphysics.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (misprint, damage, etc.)
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and ship a replacement within 2–3 business days.
Size Exchanges
Because our apparel is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that are not damaged or defective.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
All digital curriculum resources sold through Phantastic Physics are instant digital downloads — PDF resources including escape rooms, unit bundles, worksheets, labs, slide decks, assessments, and other classroom activities. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are considered final.
