Phantastic Physics High School Curriculum is a comprehensive NGSS-aligned course that covers all of the foundational topics in physics for 9th to 12th Grade High School. It is a complete stand-alone curriculum, including warm-ups, lecture lessons, activities, assignments, tests, and assessments, built by a physics and engineering teacher with 7 years of teaching experience. The course is designed so that a background in physics is not required to teach or to learn the content. The concepts are explained simply, in great detail, and with the assumption that the audience has zero prior knowledge about the subject of physics. The recommended age group for this course is 10 years or older. Background knowledge in algebra is helpful, so typically students at a freshman or sophomore high school level (or above) tend to be best prepared. However, algebraic steps to solve problems are explained and shown in detail, so math will not be a barrier to students who are curious and eager to learn.

This course was built from the ground up by a teacher with 7 years of physics and engineering classroom teaching experience. His experience in the classroom, knowing teachers' needs and seeing what students' needs are for optimal learning and engagement in physics class, led to the development and creation of this Physics Curriculum, which strives to meet the needs of both the teacher and the students.
