This Physics Curriculum is perfectly geared for a teacher, new or experienced, teaching physics for the first time. Incredibly thorough, clean presentation, no clutter, and ease of use are just some of the highlights. Each chapter has a suggested pacing guide. My only suggestion is to create a Pacing Guide that is separate document for planning purposes, instead of having to open each unit for the information.

I bought this curriculum to help me teach physics for the first time this year. This one stood out because the sheer number of resources it included (136 individual products)! Spent a lot of time looking through it and testing out some of the units. Here are some of the things I think this curriculum does really well:

1. Extremely well organized:
This is one of the most well organized science curriculums I've ever seen. The lesson slides are broken into smaller, individually numbered decks that capture a specific topic within the unit. Each assignment is numbered so that it matches the numbering of a specific slide deck, so you will never get lost while teaching any of these units.

Easy to use as a whole or in parts. Kept students engaged.

There are TONS of included items in this bundle. Enough resources to easily keep a physics class busy for the year. Some other curriculum bundles I have purchased feel a bit light on the content and on the included resources. With this purchase, I really feel like I got what I paid for. For any physics teachers out there, this is the one to get!

I am credentialed to teach both chemistry and physics, but I am definitely much stronger on the chemistry side. I wanted something I could use to brush up on my physics, and also something I could use to teach my students with this year.

Whoever wrote this curriculum really knows how to simplify complex concepts in "layman's" terms. The way that the physics is described is easy to digest and understand. However, all of the technical vocabulary is still there, along with the rigor you would expect from a physics class.

Great buy.

I'm currently homeschooling my daughter in Nevada. As a homeschool teacher, I feel pretty competent in subjects like history, English, math, and even some science (mostly biology). However, physics was never my strong suit as it is a subject I never took in high school or college. Since I knew I would need serious help to teach it to my daughter, I shopped around for any available physics curriculum I could find. Most of what is out there looks way too advanced for my daughter's current level (Calculus / trigonometry based, rather than algebra based physics). I discovered Phantastic Physics, and it has turned out to be exactly what I needed. The curriculum is very straightforward and relatively easy to understand. So far, I've had lots of success using this to turn my daughter into a physics expert!

Excellent physics curriculum. Lesson slides are clear and easy to understand. Assignment questions are thoughtful and follow lesson content closely. Answer keys are thorough and have detailed explanations. Warm-up problems are great for getting students ready for the tests and quizzes. Labs / activities seem to be designed so that anyone can do them with minimal lab equipment or money. If you need something that is truly "Plug and Play", this is the one to get.

My daughter was really struggling with her physics class. She is doing well in her other classes, but for some reason, physics just wasn't connecting. I finally decided to try and do something to help her do better in physics. A friend of mine, who is a teacher, told me about the Teachers Pay Teachers website. I bought the Phantastic Physics full curriculum, and now use it almost daily to help my daughter learn the concepts and supplement what she is supposed to be learning in class. In a pretty short time, her grades on physics quizzes started to improve and she is feeling much more confident about physics! So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm a first year high school physics teacher who is teaching a conceptual physics level course. The course is primarily sophomores (10th grade) but also has a decent number of juniors (11th). Having no physics resources of my own, I looked for a full year physics curriculum on Teachers Pay Teachers. I came across the Phantastic Physics curriculum and decided to buy it. Although $400+ is a lot for a teacher to spend (we all know we are underpaid), I am really glad that I made this purchase. The value I got for the money with this purchase is absolutely INSANE! There are so many lecture slides, assignments, tests, quizzes, warm up exercises, activities, and answer keys for everything. The answer keys are very well written and detailed enough that any teacher or student should be able to follow.

Long story short: This is an incredibly well-organized, easy to understand, and engaging physics curriculum. If you are looking for a one stop solution for teaching physics, BUY THIS!!!

I am a first year high school physics teacher who was assigned to teach 5 sections of physics this year. For the first half of the year, I used any resources I could get from colleagues and from online google searches. The problem is that the resources my school site has were developed by a teacher over 15 years ago and they are very much out of date. Not only that, but the information is unclear and explained in a way that is very difficult for my students to understand. This resulted in me spending countless hours trying to modify and update the resources.
